 | Sinogroup Packaging polypropylene container liners can convert any ISO container into a bulk transport system for dry flowable products such as powders, granules and food products. The Greif woven PP CL is made of light weight (coated or non-coated) woven polypropylene and a heavy duty woven polypropylene bulk head at the back side. The Greif woven PP CL creates an inner skin inside the walls of the container, protecting the cargo as well as the container against potential contamination. |
These user friendly liners can be installed in containers in less than 15 minutes, and provide considerable savings on packaging and handling costs. The Greif woven PP CL comes in standard sizes for 20’ and 40’ containers, and can be custom designed for various load and discharge applications:
★Loading by filling spouts direct from Silos (Gravimetric) , Powders and Granules
★Loading through the door end Bulk Head (Pneumatic), Powders and Resins
★Loading through the door end Bulk Head (Conveyor), Malt, Cocoa, Coffee, Soy Beans
★Discharge by spout or by letterbox system (Gravimetric or Pneumatic)
The Sinogroup Packaging woven PP CL is fitted with reinforced web ties at the top perimeter for securing inside the container, and the door side bulk head is fitted with web ties and loops for securing the liner to the back of the container with a metal bar system. Custom options on the Greif woven PP CL include, sift proof seams, hemmed seams for cleanliness, conductive fabric, elastic ties and webbing, PE control windows in the back door.
